Here are some examples of the work I produced at university during the final year of my degree.
This group of rings are part of my Ice collection. They are made from silver and clear cast resin. The rings in the top right and bottom left corners have a subtle tone to the resin whilst the ring in the bottom right corner has glow in the dark powder mixed in with the resin, this creates a bright blue glow either when its dark or when it's placed under a UV light.
This ring and cufflinks were part of my clubbing collection of jewellery. They are made from silver and UV reactive rods, which are interchangeable to provide a variety of different colour combinations. There are also miniature glow sticks that can be used with the cufflinks in place of the UV rods.
Here you can see how the cufflinks look under a normal light and also under a UV light.
These pieces are part of my major project. They are based on ice formations and icicles. They are made from silver and perspex.
This ring was part of my major project. It is made from silver and UV reactive perspex. it is part of a range of jewellery that I designed to be worn clubbing.
